Items purchased with promotional codes within 15 days of receiving your purchase

In your return and/or exchange request, specify your:

- Order number
- Item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- Email to info@KovarX.com
We will email respond back with return shipping instructions within 2 days
- For orders within Canada & US: a shipping label will be provided upon request for all eligible orders
- For orders outside Canada & Us: you can return your item(s) to us through an insured, traceable delivery service to the address provided upon request.
Once a return/exchange is authorized, we must receive the package within the 30-day window from the date of authorization
Once we receive, inspect, and restock your item we will issue you
- A refund if it is a refund request
- A store credit or an exchange based on your choice if it is an exchange request

Note: Original shipping cost and duty are non-refundable for all refund and exchange requests
