Where is my order shipping from?
Toronto, Canada.
We are a new brand just started not long ago, so we keep out shipping in house to make sure all the information are correct to avoid mistakes in the shipping process. As we grow more globally, we would have a warehouse in the US and another one in Canada.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EDT ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.
Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing around all holidays.
Standard Canada shipping 2-4 business days.
Standard US shipping is 4-9 business days.

Taxes and Custom Charges
All international packages (any package being shipped OUTSIDE Canada) may be subjected to customs duties and taxes.
The customer will be responsible for any customs or duties due upon arrival. Although we do our best to ensure these costs are not incurred by our customers, we are not responsible for any duties charged upon arrival in your destination country.
However, while we ship from Canada to the US, based on Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, the value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day that generally may be imported free of duties and taxes is $800 USD. In plain English, if your order is shipping to USA and is less than $800 USD, you wouldn’t have to worry about paying custom.

Canceled Orders
Orders may not be modified/ canceled once the order has been processed. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item please email info@kovarx.com immediately and we will do our best to correct this.
A 5% fee will be charged when orders are canceled.

KovarX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping costs for orders are non-refundable
